Products in stock will be processed within 2-5 days. Products that are marked as pre-orders may take 3-4 weeks to process. Shipping times may vary, but you can expect your order 3-14 days once the item is marked as shipped. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to make a return, please fill out the return request form or contact us at hola@tlalli.shop
Our return policy lasts 20 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, if 20 days have gone by since the delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Instructions for returning your item will be provided once your return request has been approved. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for shipping cost when returning your item.
